The wallet functionality on Foodomaa is used for different purposes: 

  • When a customer pays for their order via any Online Payment Gateways available on Foodomaa, and then the customer requests for a Refund of the order, or due to some issue with the order processing or operational issue, the Admin/Store Owner needs to cancel the order, then the Paid amount by the customer is sent to the customer's wallet.

 

  • Admin can manually Add/Subtract the amount from the customer's wallet using the Admin Dashboard. (Admin Dashboard > Users > All Users > View > Wallet Balance) 


 

  • Wallets are also used for storing the Delivery Guy's commission and Tips for the Delivery Guys.
