The Pickup and Drop feature starts with our Grow Plan. Check that you're on the right plan. 

You need to go to Admin > Settings > All Settings > Pickup & Drop and enable it first!

Then the orders section will be visible under Admin Dashboard > Orders > Pickup & Drop (or your custom name)
